Rachel Pauline Rachofsky, 20, college student, died on Sunday, December 2, 2012 of complications from leukemia. She is survived by her parents, Ted and Marcia Rachofsky; her brother, Ari Rachofsky; and grandmother, Annette Rachofsky. She will also be missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 6th at 3:00 p.m. at Congregation Beth Israel, 3901 Shoal Creek Blvd. Open house will follow from 6:00-10:00 p.m. at her parents' home.
Donations may be made in Rachel's memory to Congregation Beth Israel, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, or Children's Cancer Foundation.
