It doesn't get any easier. I miss you every single day. I love you, forever and a day.



The Lubbock High School Class of 1955 sends belated condolence for the death of your dad and granddad. I wish we had known earlier that you had lost him. We sent reunion info 2 wk ago and it was returned.
It's never easy to give up a loved one, especially a parent. You can be grateful for the special relationship and for memories of happy times through the years!  How lucky he was to have such a wonderful family
of children, grandchildren and great grans!



   You will never know how much I miss you and needed you BIG BROTHER.

He is gone but, not forgotten.  You can shed tears that he is gone, or you can smile because he lived.  You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back or you can open your eyes and see all he has left behind.  What did he leave behind?  He left a family of brothers and sisters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He'll rest now in heaven and be with Mother.  God bless them both.

I've known you for 34 year's, as a child, throughout adolescence, and adulthood. You always treated me with nothing short of kindness and respect. I valued that, and thank you for it. There is comfort in the knowledge that you now walk with God in a land of no pain, or sorrow, where the loved one's that preceded you have welcomed, and embraced you. I light this candle in honor of you, and all that you were. Rest comfortably in God's embrace, and eternal life.



I will mess you greatly and will alway love you. Rest well grandpa your home with the only woman you have ever love. Say hi to grandma and big momma. We will be ok  it will be hard at first but we will get through this. with love prayer and each other.

You know I loved you and you loved me I remeber the very first time that you sat me in your lap and with the biggest smile you put my face in your hands and said Please call me bubba and that's why you were and always will be my BUBBA so you hold my place in line, while you beat there you be sure to give mother and daddy an big hug and kiss for me!!!!!

PawPaw was a man who love life and his country. He was a very proud man. PawPaw taught me about guns and how your suppose to stand on your own two feet. I love you PawPaw Ray. I will miss you very much but your memory will never fade and your legacy will live on.

Dad,
You were my world and when you suddenly left you tore it apart.  You were suppose to live to be 100 years old and we were going to celebrate it together.  I would ask why but I guess God wanted you more than I needed you.  I will miss our trips to Wal Mart to buy your groceries, out to eat when we could afford it, and the trips to the doctors, those damn dumb vampires as you called it.  When you walked me down the isle to Wayne and cussed the cameras and wished they would break, just you and me kid.  When you taught me to drive a car and the wreck we had just you and me.  All the long nights I went with you in the band to help with your bass and to keep you awake while driving just you and me.  I loved to hear you play and sing, and whistle. The way you sang Old El Paso.  The whistle you had when you needed one of us.  I will miss you old man you were my world.

Hey Grandpa-
I am lost for words.  Oh how we miss you so much.  I will never forget when you took us for a ride in your awesome Green Confortable Mustang....we did not go far but it was a awesome to ride in your awesome car.  Along with the countless other memories that I was blessed with.  You truly was an amazing man, and thankful to have you as my Grandfather, and Mackenzie's Great Grandfather.  My I request that you please, help all of your children, grandchildren and great grand children through this process.  Please watch over them from heaven with Grandma, and bless them with good health, happiness and peace among them all.  Grandpa I will always love you and thank you for all you did for us.  I love you and will miss you.  Rest in peace and give grandma a BIG hug for all of us.
