Rebecca Anne Gross Mosley, age 82, passed away on September 27, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of thirty years and father of her children, James A. Mosley; her parents, Martha E. and John S. Gross; and her brothers, William J. Gross and Robert S. Gross.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Gordon; her sons, John Mosley and wife Cheri, Bill Mosley and wife Joanie, Mike Mosley and wife Angela, and Jeff Mosley and wife Casey; and her grandchildren Taylor (and husband Ferris Clements), Preston, Madison (and fiancé Haden Buckman), Kyler, Travis, Reed, Ryan, Benjamin, and Anabel Mosley.
She never wanted to be more than a wife and mother. These roles were the most important things in her life. Her proudest achievement was raising four sons to be loving husbands and fathers.
A graveside service will be held on October 9, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6300 W. William Cannon Drive, Austin.
