On April 2, 2019 Regina Rachael Shimanek (Reggie) ran back into the arms of her husband Vern. They hugged, they kissed and they danced all night long together again! Reggie was surrounded by several members of her family at the time of her passing including Carole Mulligan, Verna Jacobs, Les Shimanek, Wes Shimanek, Kelly Landers, Kyle Shimanek, Kathy Shimanek and Kelly Shimanek.
This spectacular lady from a small town in Kentucky saw the world including every state in the United States.
Reggie is survived by four children, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A small graveside service next to her husband will be held the week of Thanksgiving in Fort Myers, Florida.
