Richard Bohan aged 55, of Austin passed away on Saturday 12/10/16 after battling a long illness. He was born in Germany but raised in Texas. His career began with the federal government but later transitioned to The State of Texas, TxDOT. Richard was an active member in Saint Austin's Catholic Church choir and City Men's choir.
He is preceded in death by his mother Rose, father Kenneth and brother Bob. He is survived by 2 brothers, 2 sisters, 8 nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held at Cook-Walden Funeral Home located at 6100 N. Lamar in Austin on Thursday, December 15th at 11am with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Richards’s memory can be made to the American Stroke Society and/or American Diabetes Association.
