Richard is survived by his sons, Michael and wife Misty, Richard and wife Donna; daughter, Buffy Cooper; sister, Betty Joe Harvey and husband Charles; grandchildren, Michael Cooper and Brittany Feritta, Johnny Cooper and Molly Hatchet, Brandon Cooper and Brylie Stockard, Tiffany Cooper, Richard Cooper III, Mindy Cooper, Billy Cooper, Cheynne Cooper, Joseph, Frankie, Cody; twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Friday, October 9, 2020 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue.
Funeral Service 11:00 am on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow at Brown Cemetery.
Currently, due to the substantial public risk, city and state government mandates that social gatherings of limited amounts may occur with strict social distancing protocol. Current COVID protocols for Travis County, guests must wear protective masks at all times while inside the funeral home facility and practice the recommended six foot social distancing.
