Rodolfo Marquez passed away peacefully on March 23 at the age of 83. He was a caring husband, father, brother, uncle and friend and he leaves behind a loving family including his wife, Damiana; son, Rodolfo (Rudy) Marquez, Jr. (and Norma); daughter, Rita Rubio (and Freddy); daughter, Rebecca Marquez; son Ruben Marquez (and Buffie), son, Randy (Victor) Marquez (and Sally); sister, Evangelina Ramirez; brother, Jose Marquez (and Luica); sister, Beatrice Medrano (and Mike); eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandson; an extended family of sisters-in-law and brother-in-laws; many nieces and nephews.
Rodolfo is preceded in death by his mother, Julia Marquez; brother, Raul Marquez; sister, Hortensia Marquez; and father, Francisco Marquez.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Friday, March 27, 2015 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church with Reverend Bill Wack, C.S.C. officiating. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
