Roy Sherman Watkins Jr was born to Roy Sr. and Beatrice Guy, January 11, 1959. Roy Jr. was the first of his other siblings four Brothers, Charlie, Kelvin, James, and Patrick, and two Sisters, Carrie and Cheryl. Roy, Sr. was enlisted in the U.S. Army and Roy lived on Military Bases all over the US and Germany. Roy was preceded in death by his Parents and Brother Charlie. Roy was an Astute Musician and enjoyed going to Concerts of all genres of Live Music. Roy worked for the State of Texas for 39 years winning many Awards and Accolades. Roy touched the Lives of many People with his Warm Smile and Gentle Nature. He has left many to Mourn for their Loss yet Celebrate his Life with all the Fond Memories of him Sharing his Life.
