

Sally Lou (Weidlein) Parsons Sally Lou Parsons, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully in Austin on Tuesday, May 31, 2005. She was born in Youngstown, Ohio on January 26, 1919. She was a resident with her husband, William R. Parsons, of Lakeway, for the past 27 years, after helping to raise her loving family in Detroit and Farmington, Michigan, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, William, her children; Philip W. (Vail) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Virginia (Ken) of Hailey, Idaho; two grand children; William, and Kara, and three great-grandchildren; Tad, Gage and Bret, sons of her grandson, William, and four nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Lucinda, and by her sisters; Margaret and Virginia, and by her parents; Anna P. and Luther B. Weidlein of Cleveland Heights, Ohio. A memorial service to commemorate Sallys wonderful life will be held at the Lakeway Church, 2203 Lakeway Blvd., on Friday, June 3, 2005 at 2:00 p.m., with Reverend Brent Graham officiating. Burial will be held at Glen Eden Cemetery in Farmington, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Lakeway Church or to a charity of your choice.
