Sam Palmer Pierro Women could hardly call his name without putting the word "Sweet" in front of it. Sweet Sam. He was sensitive to all and had the greatest bear hug in the world. He was a unique individual in that he was all man and all heart. He was a gifted athlete and artist and had a wisdom and maturity in his soul. We will miss him. Sam was born on December 16, 1987 in Long Beach California, was raised in Austin Texas, and passed away in his sleep on November 20, 2006. Sam will forever be loved by many; his Mother Sandi Dawn Palmer, who is with him in heaven, his father Don and wife Julie, brother Spencer and sister Anna Frances, his grandmother Lou Frances Palmer, and a large extended family and many friends. Sam was a freshman at Ole Miss and a graduate of Westlake High. Visitation with the family is Friday evening from 6-8 pm at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Home, 3125 N. Lamar. Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. on November 25, 2006 at Smith Family Chapel on the Riverbend Church campus, Loop 360 at Cedar Street.
