It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Shelley Ann McNally, age 74, on November 15th 2024, at Pflugerville, TX. A beloved mother, grandmother and wife, and daughter, Shelley lived a life filled with love, kindness, and devotion to her family.
Born on December 21 1949, in Kingston, Jamaica. Shelley was the cherished daughter of Winifred Catherine Diedrick and Vincent Clifton Diedrick. Throughout her life, she embodied the values of compassion, strength, and perseverance, touching the hearts of everyone she met. Her unwavering love and support shaped the lives of those closest to her.
As a mother, Shelley was a guiding light, nurturing her children with boundless affection and wisdom. Her home was always open, her heart always willing to listen, and her advice always grounded in love and experience. She was proud of the family she built, and her child will forever carry the lessons she imparted and the memories they shared.
As a grandmother, Shelley took immense joy in watching her grandchild grow. She created cherished memories that will live on in her heart forever. Her nurturing spirit and warmth made her a constant source of comfort and love for them.
Shelley leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience that will continue to inspire all who knew her. She is survived by her child, grandchild, and siblings.
A memorial service will be held on Friday December 13th, 2024, at 11am, at Cook Walden Funeral Home, 9700 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin, TX 78750.
Though we mourn her passing, we take comfort in knowing her spirit lives on through the love she gave and the memories she leaves behind.
