Sook Ja Hebbe

She devoted her life as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and family member. She honored and cherished her entire family, from her birthplace in Korea, to her final resting days in Austin. Sook Ja was a dedicated employee of TRACOR and retired in 1991. She lived the rest of her life with her husband, Eric E. Hebbe, Jr., until the Lord called Eric to rest in Heaven in March of 2006. She enjoyed the remaining years with her family until the Lord called her to join her husband Eric in Heaven.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Joseph H. Hebbe and wife LaDonna of Round Rock; granddaughters, Stephanie M. McKelvey of Cedar Park, Shannah R. Hebbe of Austin, Jaclyn M. Hebbe and Josie J. Hebbe of Round Rock; grandson, Erik M. Hebbe of Austin; brother, Chung M. Hwang of Austin; and sister, Sook Im Lim of Austin.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home, 9700 Anderson Mill Road, Austin. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 28, 2011 at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Richland Cemetery near Pflugerville.
