Sun Sil Lee

She grew up in Pusan, Korea and graduated from Yonsei University in Seoul with a degree in Classical Music for singing and piano. After moving from Connecticut to Illinois, she and my father built Beam Industries, a small telecom company. She invested a lot of her time into her faith, church choir, friends, and charities (Korean Lions Club for adoptive children).

Sun is survived by her daughter, Catherine Braun, son-in-law William Braun and their two children, Soren and Ethan.

There will be a family only visitation at Cook - Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home on May 2nd, and a reception to be had at a later date.
