Thelma Katherine Stephenson, age 89, of Austin, died Friday, January 27, 2006. She was born on April 19, 1916 in Olney, Texas, the daughter of Wright and Carrie Holt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis R. Stephenson, Major, US Army, Retired. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Willingham of Austin; sister, Peggy Perry of Corpus Christi; grandchildren, David Willingham and wife Michelle, and Carrie Willingham; great-grandchildren, Madison and Hudson Willingham. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 29, 2006 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2006 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
