

Tommy Jay Harp was called home to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 24, 2015. Tommy was born on February 18, 1961 in South Bend, IN. He is survived by his three children, Nicole Kupon of Lafayette,IN., Emily and Ivan Harp of Jonestown,TX., his mother and stepfather Sherry and Bob McGoffin of Spicewood,TX., his birth father Tom Rulli of South Bend,IN., his adoptive father Don Czarnecki of Granbury, Tx., and many family members and friends who loved him dearly.
Tommy earned a Degree in Computer Science from I.V.T.C., in South Bend, IN. He moved to Austin after graduation and worked in that field for many years. He worked at Unity Church of the Hills as Facilities Manager for 4 years where he was loved and will be missed by everyone.
Tommy was the recipient of a National Civic Award from the City of Jonestown that was given to him for, "acts of compassion and kindness."
Tommy loved to play his guitar and was in many bands as he was growing up and he continued to play for all of his life.
Tommy had a talent for repairing and building things that he used to build an addition to his home single handedly and many other projects.
Tommy had a love of Nature and for animals (he was greeted happily by several at the Rainbow Bridge). He will be missed greatly by those of us here who knew and loved him.
