William Everett McNabb

He is preceded in death by his parents Ruth and Roy McNabb; and brother, Oscar McNabb.

William is survived by his loving wife Glenda of 42 years, brother, Charles; brother, Johnny; son, Michael (Dawn); son, Brian (Carrie); daughter, Deanatell; step-son, David (Stacey); step son, John (Kimberly) and grandchildren, Shentell, Brittney, Malysia, Jeremy, Brandon, Justin, Andrew, Joshua, Cayli, Christian, Delycia, Collin; and great-grandchildren; Jaeson, Milah, Madison, Noah, Everleigh, Adaline, and Rogn.

William “Billy” was born in Austin, Texas on January 15, 1945.

Billy grew up in South Austin when it was still dirt roads and he worked on many ranches across south Texas. In high school, he was very athletic in all sports. Billy was a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan and an avid outdoorsman. He loved to fish and hunt. He was also a great wood craftsman. Billy worked for the state comptroller’s office as a Master Printer and retired after 42 years. He also enjoyed the Christmas season as he and his wife played Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus for his family and deaf community.

Billy was well respected, loved, and will be truly missed by his family, friends, and neighbors.

Funeral services will be held at All Generations Church, 2515 N. Colorado St, Lockhart, Texas 78644 on August 12, 2023 at 12:00PM.
