William W. (Bill) Bennink

William W. (Bill) Bennink, 64, of Austin, passed away unexpectedly on the 17th of October 2011. He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Jo-Ann (Wagener); daughter, and son-in-law, Jennifer and Gary Eddleman and four grandchildren, Blake, Koby, Alanah and Kendall of Leander,TX; daughter, Kimberley Bennink of Round Rock, TX; father, William H. Bennink of Austin; sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Huey Mast of Carlsbad, CA; brother and sister-in-law, Kirby and Nancy Bennink of Leander, TX and brother-in-law, Charles Wagener of Alvin, TX. He is also survived by several cousins, a nephew, three nieces and several carefully chosen very close friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Winnifred Wheeler Bennink.

The family will receive friends from five o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening on Friday, the 21st of October, at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas.

A memorial service to celebrate and honor Bill’s life will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the 22nd of October 2011, at Memorial United Methodist Church, 6100 Berkman Drive, Austin under the direction of Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas.

In lieu of flowers and the customary remembrances, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 11701 Stone Hollow Drive, Austin, Texas 78758.
