Yvonne McGinty Young Yvonne McGinty Young, 65, of Austin, and formerly of Waco, Texas, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2004, in her home. Yvonne was a loving mother and grandmother who always enjoyed having family and friends near. She especially loved her two grandchildren and treasured every moment with them. Yvonne is preceded in death by her son, Timothy James, and her parents, Grace and James McGinty. She is survived by her sister, two daughters, two grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She also leaves behind close friends that will remember her willingness to give of herself and smile. The family wishes to thank Girling Hospice of Austin, Girling Home Health, the personal care attendants, and her doctor for the loving care that was provided over the many months of Yvonne’s failing health. Funeral services will be held at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home on Thursday, September 2, 2004, at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Austin Community Foundation at P.O.
