Andy was dearly loved by his parents; his mother Mary-Joan (Byron) Loyer, his father John Culley and his step-father Lucien Loyer.
He is survived by his loving wife April Barclay, his beloved sons; Andy Jr. Culley and Brandon Culley.
He leaves to mourn his cherished brothers and sisters; Perry (Joanne), Jeff, Greg (Sandra), Sandra (John François), his nieces and nephews; Chelsea, Kim, Melissa, Kevin, Jason, Johnathon, Joey, Kimberly, Angel, Nick, Thomas-James, Chad, Johnny, David, Derek Jr., Shawn, Jesse, Dustin, Allen, Robert and his great niece Chloe. He will also be sadly missed by his mother and father in-law, Joan and Wesley Barclay, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Dawn (William), Tracey (Randy), Rob, Wesley Jr. (Tammy), Derek (Linda), and Rodney. Andy was predeceased by his sister-in-law Tammy as well as many treasured friends.
A private family celebration of Andy’s life will held on a later date.
