Cécile Parent (St-Pierre)

C’est avec un cœur lourd de tristesse que j’annonce le décès de mon épouse bien-aimée, avec qui j’ai partagé 60 ans de mariage. Elle était une mère et une grand-mère dévouée, tendre, et son sourire radieux a touché de nombreuses personnes tout au long de sa vie.

Un ange sur terre.

Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux Serge, ses enfants Diane (François), Jacqueline (Mike), Marc (Francine), ses petits-enfants Jean-François et Gabrielle (Maxime). Ses sœurs et son frère, feu Thérèse, Claudette, Denise, Madeleine, feu Gilles, Lorraine, et Gisèle, ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces, amis et connaissances. Elle était également accompagnée de son chat Purrdoo, un compagnon précieux, ainsi que de ses amis à quatre pattes : Poupoune, Leelee, Keena, Méli, Luke, et Boba.

Une visite d’adieu, en présence des cendres, aura lieu le vendredi 8 mars de 18h00 à 20h00 à la Maison funéraire Racine Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp, située au 47 Denise-Friend, Gatineau (secteur Aylmer) J9H3A8.

Un service religieux sera célébré le samedi 9 mars à 11 heures en l’Église St-Paul d’Aylmer, située au 26 chemin Eardley, Aylmer. Par la suite, un léger repas sera servi au sous-sol pour se remémorer Cécile et la façon dont elle a touché nos vies.

In loving memory of Cécile Parent (St-Pierre), born on May 26, 1943, and passed away on January 30, 2024.

It is with a heavy heart of sadness that I announce the passing of my beloved wife, with whom I shared 60 years of marriage. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, her tender smile radiating warmth to many throughout her life.

An angel on Earth.

She is survived by her husband, Serge, her children Diane (François), Jacqueline (Mike), Marc (Francine), as well as her grandchildren Jean-François and Gabrielle (Maxime). Her sisters and brother, the late Thérèse, Claudette, Denise, Madeleine, the late Gilles, Lorraine, and Gisèle, along with several nieces, nephews, friends, and acquaintances. She was also accompanied by her cherished feline companion, Purrdoo, and her four-legged friends: Poupoune, Leelee, Keena, Méli, Luke, and Boba.

A farewell visit, in the presence of her ashes, will take place on Friday, March 8, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Racine Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp Funeral Home, located at 47 Denise-Friend, Gatineau (Aylmer sector) J9H3A8.

A religious service will be held on Saturday, March 9, at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s Church in Aylmer, located at 26 street Eardley, Aylmer. Following the service, a light meal will be served in the basement to remember Cécile and the impact she had on our lives.
