In loving memory of Daniel (Danny) Joseph Emile Lucien Lemay, born July 13, 1968 in Vanier, Ontario, who passed away peacefully on January 13, 2019 in Gatineau, Quebec. Loving son of Gilbert Lemay and Yvonne Bérard Lemay (John). Loving partner to the love of his life Annie Viau. Proud and loving Papa/Dad of Izak, Dahlia, Ludovic, Valérie and Stéphanie (Alain). Dearly beloved brother of Lynn (John) and Dennis (Manon). Beloved uncle to Caitlyn (Nick), Andrew (Brianna), Zenon and Frank. Beloved godchild of Aunt Florence Dompierre (belated uncle Lucien) and beloved nephew of Aunt Doris Brown (uncle Les), Aunt Lulu (belated uncle Amby), the late Aunt Marie (belated uncle Doug) and the late Aunt Jeanette. Danny will be deeply missed by many cousins, friends and co-workers. The family would like to thank the Hull and Gatineau CISSS - paramedics for their professional care. Danny was truly a family man, he adored his children and was always patient in teaching them new things. Annie was the center of his world and she will always be the love of his life. Many memories of the life they shared will be cherished. Danny was a good-hearted and generous person who was always willing to lend a helping hand. He helped his niece and nephews with building school projects and always offered them guidance and support. Everywhere he went, he knew someone and his relationships with others reflected the positive impact he had on other people. His passion was to fix things, he especially enjoyed working on his Trans-Am. Danny and Annie are both huge Formula 1 car racing fans and enjoyed the races every year in Montreal cheering on his favorite driver Lewis Hamilton. His good nature, laugh and contagious smile will be greatly missed, and we will hold our memories in our hearts until we meet again.
