Following a brief but courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, January 10th in hospital, Shawville, QC in her 71st year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Ernest, cherished son Robert and much loved sister Susan. Dear mother of Joan (Sylvain), Floyd (Nicole), Karen, Glenda (Larry), Randy (Jeanne), Terry (Mary-Anne) and Kerry Lynn (Philip). Loving companion of Ron Messier. Grandmother of 21 beautiful grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Survived by sisters and brothers: Larry, Lillian, Darlene, Bart and step sisters and step brothers: Marcel, Jeanne, Madeleine, Pierrette, Colette, Jean-Louis, Marie-France and Elie. Predeceased by her step brother Maxime. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday January 18th, 2013 at Zion Lutheran Church, Schwartz, QC at 11a.m. The family will receive condolences at 10:30 a.m. In Memory of Mrs. Zacharias, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
