Two years yesterday and still not forgotten, never will Jim. Ok, maybe ole timers may do it, but still not too bad yet. 
Quit boys night some time ago, it was time to end that. Just didn't have the same enthusiasm as it use to. There was also a big void every week after you passed, losing one of the originals, things just didn't feel the same. 
Every time I put some water in the swimming pool, ( You know what I mean) memories start to play out in my mind and a smirk comes to my face....Can't forget ya as long as the Sun keeps sucking water from my pool. 

Anyway my friend, hope you're resting very well and should we meet again, maybe you can give us a Mustang Sally performance again...lol.

Tea Toddlers, yes we were, Jim worked in Public Works with the Government at that time. Every Wednesday, Jim would stop by my place in Aylmer prior to going for supper at his parent's place. Wednesday night was spaghetti night, and Jim used to brag his Mom made the best sauce you ever tasted.
Well, I did have the pleasure to join him for his Mom's spaghetti one Wednesday evening and Jim was right,  "Awesome sauce"
Resting in Peace, and I'm sure enjoying Mom's Wednesday night spaghetti supper.

Having relocated to Alberta late September 2023, I was not aware of  Jimmy’s passing until I heard about it today via an old friend’s Facebook Messenger message to me that somehow just came through. I met Jimmy many years ago as we played in a band together in Aylmer. I remember Jimmy as an easy going positive guy that was a pleasure to be around with. I hadn’t seen him in ages until I ran into him I think sometime in 2022 at my mother’s apartment building. He was there on a maintenance call of sort. All of a sudden I hear “hey Rick, how’s it goin?”. We had a wonderful chat for at least 20 minutes, one that would have easily continued had it not been he needed to get back to business. He was the same fine human being I knew way way back. My heartfelt condolences to the Family and all his friends.

Jimmy was a gentle soul. Always happy and full of life. He will be greatly missed by everyone. My condolences to Art, Allen, Bruce and Mark.

Jim has been a valuable member of the Douglas Fire Safety team for the past 18 years and will be greatly missed by each and every one of us that was fortunate enough to meet and work with him.

We were so sad to here about Jimmy's passing. Gerry  grew up with Jimmy and family and I met Jimmy In 1978 when I came to Canada.  He was so Fun loving, kind and always had a lovely smile. I will miss his Facebook posts and especially the "join me for coffee".

I remember Jimmy from Aylmer Blvd days. I was under 10 years old when we would meet and talk in my back yard. I will always remember his wonderful smile then and now. You will always be remembered. Rest in Peace.  To the family may you accept my deepest sympathies.

Like all of you  I was so sad to hear about Jim. So many  Aylmer friends passing onto that great gig in the sky. We all went to school together, saw each after school, here, there and everywhere. Bumping into Jim at concerts. almost every time :-)  You will be missed dear friend. My sincere condolences to all the family.

I will miss Jimmy's larger than life smile and infectious positive attitude.   It was almost impossible to be angry around Jimmy because of his happiness.  The world needs more people like Jimmy.   My condolences to his family both blood and musical.

Jimmy was a much loved cousin, he (and his brothers) have been a big part of my childhood and life . Even though later we lived thousands of km apart, we still shared jokes and 'positive energy' messages and followed each other's lives.  A warm and friendly soul who is now greatly missed.  Love you beautiful cousin.  Hope you are enjoying Aunt Irene's special spaghetti in heaven.

I grew up with jimmy.hung out on terrace crescent. Always at my mom's with the whole gang on terrace.such a wonderful man,i will miss his smile and the man he was.rest in peace and everyone will hear you play for ever.i will forever remember the song you sang for me along time ago.

Jimmy's infectious smile was a pillar of strength. He lived to work and when he wasn't working at Douglas Fire, he could not wait to get home knowing that there was a gig or someone within the music industry in the Ottawa/Gatineau area needing a very talented drummer. Mom always complained about the noise when he played in the basement on Terrace Crescent, now she can complain in heaven.
You were a fantastic brother on earth, now it's your turn to take care of your brother Tom in heaven.
