She was the beloved wife of the late Chiu Fan (Bill) Chan. Po Fai will be lovingly remembered by her five daughters: Judy (Daniel), Wendy (Richard), Victoria, Wanda (Artur), Andrea (Erik). Her grandchildren: Amanda, Brittany, Christopher, Matthew, Cassandra, Olivia and great-grandchildren: Juliette and Isla.
Predeceased by her brother Leo, Po Fai will be missed by her brother Chester and her cousin Li Zhang.
She will be greatly missed by her family and the many friends she had made throughout the years from her time as restaurant owner of Young China 1976-1984 and House of Chan 1985-1990 in Aylmer, Quebec.
