Brian Vincent Henry

Brian Vincent Henry, age 51, passed away on December 22, 2018. He was born on January 8, 1967, and grew up in Uniondale, N.Y., where he was a member of the graduating class of 1985 from Uniondale High School. Following his graduation, Brian enlisted into the United States Army, where he proudly served in the Gulf War.

Brian will be remembered for his kindness, gentle spirit, generosity and easy going nature. He loved animals and had many pets over the years, including his cherished dog, Charlie Girl, his lovebird, Petey, and a saltwater tank of fish. Brian also enjoyed collecting Star Wars and Star Trek memorabilia.

Brian loved his family dearly and they loved his as dearly in return. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his mother, Margaret Henry; sister, Ceil Campbell (Rich), sister, Joy Kueny (Neal), brother, Bob Henry (Pam), brother, Greg Henry (Chris), brother, Tim Henry (Carolyn), nephews, Sean (Kim), David, Bobby (Laura), John (Caitlyn), Michael (Danielle), Ryan, and Bobby (Hannah), nieces, Alison (Paul), Lisa (Chris), and Victoria, grandnieces, Riley and Ella, in addition to many aunts, uncle and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Robert Henry.

Family will received friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main St., Babylon, Wednesday, December 26, 2018, 7pm-9:30pm & Thursday, December 27, 2018, 2pm-4:30pm & 7pm-9:30pm. Funeral mass 10am Friday, December 28, 2018, Our Lady of Grace RC Church, West Babylon. Military honors will be rendered following the funeral Mass. Cremation private.
