McDermott, Diana (Nee Loria), of Lindenhurst on August 31, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Robert Sr. Cherished mother of Christopher (Lauren) and Robert Jr.. Diana happily anticipated the arrival of her first grandchild. Loving daughter of Theresa and the late Vincent Loria. Caring daughter-in-law of Emily McDermott. Devoted sister of Maria, Theresa (Ralph), Jeanette (James) and Vincent. Adored by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Family and friends may visit at the Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 west Main Street, Babylon NY Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00-4:30pm and 7:00-9:30pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help RC Church, Lindenhurst NY on Thursday 9:45am. Interment at St. Charles Cemetery immediately following.
