The world is missing a truly wonderful human being.  Gayle was kind, loving and beautiful.  Gayle always expressed her love for her family.  She was there for me when our other beautiful friend went to heaven.   I love you!

I was saddened to hear about the loss of Gayle.  We were childhood friends and while I hadnt seen her in quite some time, she was always a part of my wonderful memories. My friend Gayle. I’ll never forget the first day we met in high school Gayle had the biggest most beautiful smile on her face. She came over to me and introduced herself - that was it we became instant friends for life. It would be a book for me to write of all our experiences and fun times together but I do want to share how she brought such happiness into my life each and every time we would get together, text or chat on the phone. Her laugh and positive spirit were intoxicating. She was a special Angel that God sent to me, and to all of her family and friends. I can go on and on forever.

My deepest thoughts to Zachary, Colby and family during this sad and difficult time. I’m Julio, Rosey’s husband and Dad to Alicia and julio. I’m sure you’ve heard some of the beautiful stories of “sisterhood” that existed between Gayle and Rosey. There was a time when they were inseparable. They would finish each other’s sentences and beat to each others hearts. Their friendship ran so deep, smothered  in love for each other, and through common bond of love for family. They were special together.  Rosey too passed on January 15th but in 2004. There is something more than coincidence that God called both of them on the same day. Rosey is waiting with open arms and that big smile that they both shared while with us on earth. Our family wishes that in time you will grow to smile when remembering your Gayle/mom/sister as over time we have....because that’s what she would have wanted....spreading that infectious kindness and smile everywhere. Although I have not seen Gayle in a very long time, she was an extremely memorable part of my childhood. She and my Mom, Rosey, were the best of friends, or “Fwends,” as they would say. Myself and my family are deeply saddened to hear about her passing. My heart goes out to her boys and all whom were close to her. I will always remember her infectious spirit.  I am sure my Mom was waiting for her with open arms in heaven. Friends reunited.  Gayle will always hold a special place in my heart.  She and my Mom were the first real example I had of true friendship.

Gayle Ann Esposito, 59, of West Babylon, entered into Eternal Life on January 15, 2021. Beloved mother of Zachary Mazur and Colby Mazur. Adored sister of Kerry Pujia (Stephen). Cherished aunt of Jennifer Mooney (Bobby) and great-aunt of Rocco and Santino. Also survived by her loving dog, Sammi. Gayle was the best mother, sister, friend and aunt that there could ever be and will be deeply missed by every life that she touched.
