My deepest sympathies to the Broman Family with regard to the loss of Rachel. We were roommates at Knox for so many years, and enjoyed riding & competing together. You could tell her anything. Her laughter throughout all these years has remained fresh in my mind. I always looked forward to pictures of her animals and horses. I believe she is with them now and will be an angel on all our shoulders until we meet again. Rest peacefully now, Rachel. You will forever be missed. Blessings be with The Bromans.

I was so sorry to hear of Rachel's passing.  I will miss her.  She was one of my student's at Knox.  I will always remember her smile.  She was a wonderful young lady.

Dear Mary and Chester and all of your family, please accept sincere condolences from everyone at the Thoroughbred Breeding Fund. We are truly sorry for your loss. The world has lost a true horse lover and a bright light for all animals. I hope all the people in whom she inspired  laughter will hold on to those dear memories of Rachel.

Mr. & Mrs. Broman,  It has been over two decades since I have seen you, but I remember the Knox open weekends in your home like it was yesterday.  Rachel was one of my dearest friends at Knox.  She could always light up a room and never failed to make us smile and laugh.  I genuinely loved her like a sister.  We spoke often and I cared very deeply for her.  She loved you both so much and was so proud of her family.   My heart is heavy, knowing that Rachel is no longer just a phone call away and I wish to express my deepest sympathy and condolences. I regret that I am unable to attend her funeral on Saturday, but I assure you that I will be there in spirit.  It is my hope that Rachel is at peace and is once again riding her beloved Keyko.  I wish you and the rest of your family peace, strength and courage during this difficult time.  It is my hope that God will help you to focus on the wonderful memories you have of your beautiful, special, amazing daughter.

Rachel was truly an amazing person full of life, laughter and always knew how to make someone smile!
