Richard P. Kroebel,(Ex-Chief, WBFD)born on November 4, 1954, passed away on July 31, 2025, at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Carol. Devoted father of Richard P. Kroebel, Jr. and step father of Carie and Stephanie. Dear brother of Catherine McArthur, Chris Miller, Mary Kroebel and Karen Treiber. He was cherished by his six grandchildren.
