Dear Raju Maama,
you were the most caring and giving souls I’ve ever known. Whenever you heard I wasn’t feeling well, you never missed a chance to check in until I was okay. Will never forget your love.

Christmas at our house became so special because of you. Mom, Dad and Nani would go the extra mile to cook your favourite dishes. Your presence brought our family alive in a way nothing else could! Christmas will never feel the same without you. 💔

Despite the worries we had, spending time with you and Mom recently in New York became so special to me - sitting outside, talking for hours and then having dinner together once everyone was home. A memory we’ll treasure forever.

I love you, Maama. It breaks my heart to know I’ll never hear your voice or laughter again.

I’ll miss your calls and our random conversations. From jumping on beds and being your goalkeeper as kids, to watching James Bond movies in German and enjoying the tasty home-cooked meals I made - we did it all. I’ll cherish these memories forever.
