Stephen Ray Fellman, (Village of Babylon Building Inspector) was a dedicated architect. A resident of Farmingdale, New York, he was born on January 23, 1957, and passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 68. He is the loving father of Ashley Fellman, Patricia Martella, Reilly Fellman, and Machlin Fellman. Devoted brother of Marc Fellman, Greg Fellman, and Todd Fellman. Steve was cherished by his grandchildren.
