Billie Joyce Cox was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to William and Opal Welborn on October 22, 1941. She lived in Kern County for 59 years where she passed away in her home town of Bakersfield, California on November 12, 2010. She is survived by her husband Billy Cox, Four Children Steve Crooks, Greg Cox, Stacy Crooks, Debbie Kirschenman, children-in-law Brian Kirschenman, Annemarie Cox, Tenile Crooks, Grandchildren Mat and Kristyn Kirschenman, Janelle and Ryane Cox and Liberty Moore, and One great grandchild Addyson Kirschenman. Services will be held Wednesday November 17, 2010 at 10:00a.m. in the Mish Funeral Home chapel with a burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park to follow.
