Christine Sue Peden Cochran, born in Exeter, California on March 14, 1956, passed away on Monday Oct 7, 2013 in her Bakersfield home. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and a faithful child of God. Chriss graduated from Woodlake Union High School in 1974, where she was on the swim team. She later earned an associate of arts degree from the College of the Sequoias. She will be remembered for her overwhelmingly kind and generous nature which led her to do joyfully those good works God had prepared beforehand. She was preceded in death by her mother Lula Peden. Chriss will be missed by her father David (90), brothers David (66) and Mike (63), husband Michael (59), sons Sean (31) and Matthew (28), daughter-in-law Lisa (32), and her grandson Ethan (2). Services will be held at Bakersfield National Cemetery on October 18th at 1:15 pm.
