Herbert Russell Hooser was born in Natural Dame, Arkansas on December 9, 1940 to William and Ada Hooser. After living in Kern County for 64 years, and working as a farm worker for 45 years, Herbert passed away at home in Arvin, California on November 6, 2010. he was survived by his wife Sandra Hooser, five Children Rusty, Lyn, Nancy, Sally, Terry and four stepchildren, Patrick, Karen, Denise, and Katy. Services will be held Friday November 12, 2010 at 10:00am at the Bakersfield National Cemetery. He will be sorely missed and loved forever.
