On August 30, 2010 Charles Edward Carter, Sr. Served honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1955-1959, was employed by the City of Baltimore for 40 years before his retirement. He was the past president and loyal member of the Ranger Social Club, Brother of the Notre Dame Council of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the VFW.
Mr. Carter is the beloved husband of Mary P. Carter (nee Miller) for 55 years and Devoted Father of Kimberly Hill, Glenn Carter, David Carter, and the late Charles Carter, Jr. Grandfather of Teddy, Trevor, Caitlynn, Sarah, and David.
Friends are invited to call at the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, Inc. 3631 Falls Road on Thursday and Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 P.M.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 37th Street and Hickory Avenue on Saturday at 10 A.M.
