It is impossible to think about Small Fry baseball at the Rec without thinking of Mr. Lippy. He was someone who was know, respected and adored by all. He was a role model for parents, coaches, boys and girls alike.  In 1965 I was chosen Small Fry Queen what a thrill for a fourteen year old.  The player who nominated me was from his team and he truly was every bit as excited as I was.  I still have the bracelet he presented me the night of the banquet.

 Mr. Lippy was one of the best and we as kids growing up in Hampden were truly blessed to have had him touch our lives.  

Please accept my deepest sympathy and may your many memories of him touch your heart and bring a smile to your face as they will for me always.

My fondest memory of many happy times is Uncle Donald driving Beverly,me,Chuck and Dale down Falls Road from Grandma's house making our belly's grit that uh-oh feeling going over the humps on Falls Road singing at the top of our voices from Manchester to Baltimore..My love to  everyone who was a part of his life.
