Joseph Clifford Howe

On June 21, 2019, Joseph Clifford Howe passed away. He was the beloved husband of Helen Patricia Howe (nee Engles); devoted father of Joseph Francis Howe. Joseph is also survived by many loving friends and extended family members.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Charles S. Zeiler Funeral Home, 6224 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224, on Friday, June 28th, from 11am to 1pm; at which time a funeral service will begin. Interment to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
