Mary Vivian Cavacos, age 89, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024; beloved wife of the late Theodore T. Cavacos, Sr.; devoted mother of Thea Marie Cavacos, Theodore Tase Cavacos, Jr., and Christina Lynn Schroyer; cherished grandmother of Carla, Megan, Lauren and her husband Joe and the late Evan; loving great-grandmother of Jay, Carly, Dustin, Katy, Autumn and Ethan; dear sister of Ron Topper, Arlene Topper, Phyllis Kreller, Wayne Topper, Gary Topper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and her life long friend Barbara Justice. She is preceded in death by her parents Guy and Elsie Topper, her brothers Kenny, Dale, and Tony Topper, her sister Lois Heath as well as her other life long friend Norma Widerman. Mary graduated from Seton High School.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral, 3631 Falls Road, 21211 on Sunday (2/11/24) from 6-9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday (2/12/24) at 10 am at the Shrine of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1701 Regent Street Baltimore, 21209, where Mary was a parishioner for over 65 years. Interment to follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Flowers are accepted or a donation may be made in her name to the MD SPCA, 3300 Falls Road Baltimore, MD 21211.
