On January 1, 2019 Patricia Troy Chalfant born on April 22, 1943 is survived by her Brother, George Troy and her Sisters, Carolyn Donohue, Margaret Beaudreaunt and Catherine Hewell and preceded in death by 10 other siblings. Also survived by many loving and loved nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Pat graduated from Seton High School and received her BA and M. A. from College of Notre Dame of Maryland (now Notre Dame of Maryland University). After retiring from a sales career at Waverly Press, she became the Executive Director of Action In Maturity, a non-profit serving Baltimore seniors.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 1008 West 37th Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Saturday January 12, 2019 at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Action In Maturity, 700 West 40th Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21211.
