On April 29, 2015 Ralph Lee Williams Beloved Son of the late Ivan Elmer Carnell, Sr. and the late Elva Lucille Carnell (nee Wiliams). Loving Brother of Ivan Carnell, Jr. and his wife Grace, Phillip Carnell, Sr. and his wife Teron, Patrick Carnell, Sr., Patricia Morales and her husband Rob, Michael Carnell and his wife Lisa, and the late Thomas Carnell, Richard Carnell, Charles Williams and his wife Irene Williams. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends are invited to call at the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD 21211, on Sunday and Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 P.M.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:00 A.M.
