Rosemary Loretta Scelsi (nee Hood) passed away peacefully on August 26, 2023 , with family by her side. She is he devoted wife of the late Marion J. Scelsi, Jr ; beloved mother of Lisa Marie Scelsi, Renee Ann DeVaughn and Vanessa Lyne Ichnoski (Wayne); cherished grandmother of Heather Murillo, Jenna Murillo, Lauren Ichnoski, Kristin DeVaughn, Chelsea Ichnoski, Michael DeVaughn and Lucas Ichnoski. Great-Grandmother of Amaya Murillo , Trent Tedder and Ariane Wilson .

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 31,2023, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 10:00am. Interment in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
