On March 6, 2016, Thomas H. Ward, a former Baltimore City Councilman; retired Judge of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City; loving husband of the late Joyce Ward (nee McCartney); beloved father of Kathleen Dragovich, her husband William, Patrick Ward, his wife, Lisa, Tracy Ward and Megan Carlson and her husband, William; cherished grandfather of 4 grandchildren, Casey, Eric, D'Arcy and Thomas, and 3 great-grandchildren; uncle of Douglas Murray and his wife Robin.
The family will receive guests on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 9:30 -11:00am at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 110 W. Lafayette Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21217, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11:00am.
Interment Private.
