Bill was a kind, loving brother who will be missed and cherished forever. He was my brother, friend, protector and confidante from childhood to the end. May he rest in peace. No more worries. It is a sorry to hear this world has lost Bill. May peace and comfort come to those close to him. I hope the good memories clarify and the emptiness of loss minimize over time.

My sincere prayers of peace and comfort are with you. I worked in a cubical beside Bill, we had plenty of laughs and serious talks. I was amazed at his strength and his will to push through his pain. He fought a good fight,he finished the course and he kept the faith.

I am very sorry to hear of Bill's passing but applaud his legacy. He lived and loved and all those with whom he came into contact experienced someone amazing. Humankind has lost one of its best specimens and my affections remain for the Bull Family.

It's an honor and a privilige to have known Bill.  We worked together at Chase Brexton.  Bill had a rare and unique spirit that we all are blessed to have known.  He was a role model that we all aspired to be like.  Bill's spirit, support, and frienship will truely be missed. My sincere condolences to Joe and the family.

For several years, Bill and I had adjoining offices at Chase Brexton and often shared laughs, as well as serious talks. The latter included discussion of his first being diagnosed and the challenges of treatment. The attitude with which he faced it all was admirable. I miss him and will be thinking of him especially today.

Kathy, so sorry for your loss. I know how close you were to Bill, and just like I couldn't imagine losing one of my brothers, I cannot imagine the depth of your loss. Hold the memories tight and close and let me know if I can help ease the pain in any way.

A  successful one-on-one relationship with another human being is the zenith of human interaction.  Joe and Bill demonstrated that, and to see it come to an end is a very sad experience.  But the memories of it, and the fact that it was lived in our time, is testament to human values, and will not be forgotten.

I worked with Bill at HERO and we had the best time together, making each other laugh.  He was a wonderful guy and I still have copies of funny memos he sent to me!  I hope he got his Farm.  My sincere condolences to Joe and his family.  The world has lost a beautiful person.
