William Edward Fite, Jr., age 89, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024. William was born in Baltimore, Maryland; devoted husband of the late Bessie Lee Fite( nee Tracey); cherished father of Crystal A. Furlong and her late husband Jim, William E. Fite, III and his late wife Jacalyn, Jay D. Fite and his wife Betty, Roxann L. King and her husband Steven, Allen S. Fite and his husband Rob, Tracey A. Fite and his wife Lisa and Kelly E. McCargish and her husband David; dear brother of Allen F. Fite; loving grandfather of several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
A celebration of life gathering for William will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home Inc., 3631 Falls Rd, Baltimore, Maryland 21211, followed by a celebration of life service at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
