He spent his life living on the farm in the Summerdale area with his parents. He was available if you needed something done. He liked to collect books on various topics such as hot weather places and Lincoln continental cars, and was an avid history buff on the war years.
Bruce is remembered by his loving family, his mother Elvera Arnold of Barrhead, AB and his sister Sandra Eeuwes of Calgary, AB as well as numerous other family and many dear friends. Bruce is predeceased by his father John “Jack” of Barrhead in 1982.
The funeral services were conducted on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Mosside Cemetery followed by a Celebration of Life at the Barrhead Legion.
