Janice lived her life her own way and had a great sense of humour. Janice enjoyed spending time playing cards and Yahtzee and having a few beers (but she wasn’t a smoker “member” lol).
Janice is survived by her daughters Leanne (Dave), Heather and grandchildren Darrian, Braeden (Ryliegh) and Mafise, her honourary chosen one Leslie, as well as her sister Beverly, brothers Rick & Raymond, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Janice was predeceased by the love of her life Bill in 2003, and her parents Irma and Charles Wood.
A celebration of life will be held May 2, 2026 in Barrhead. More details to follow.
Janice will be missed and forever remembered for hosting many family feasts and making the world’s best turkey stuffing, chocolate chip cookies and beet pickles.
