Mrs. Lilian Kebernik of Barrhead, AB formerly of Germany, passed away on August 18, 2013 at the age of 73 years. She is survived by her loving family; 2 children, Sarina (David) Cliplef of Onoway, Denise (Frank) Murchison of Barrhead; 4 grandchildren, Daniel Kebernik and Olivia Murchison (Denise and Frank), Marissa and Morgan Cliplef (David and Sarina); also 1 brother and 1 sister as well as numerous other family and many dear friends. Lilian is predeceased by her parents, Willi and Gertrud Scharfenberg; husband Walter. Visitation will be held Sunday August 25, 2013 between 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rose Garden Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, August 26, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Barrhead, AB. Interment to follow at Belvedere Community Cemetery with Pastor Reinhard Dittmer officiating. Donations Gratefully accepted to Gideon’s or Ross Haven Bible Camp or Barrhead Healthcare Centre.
