Margaret Edith Levitt

Mrs. Margaret Edith Levitt, late of Barrhead, AB, formerly of Edmonton, AB, passed away on May 19, 2012 at the age of 90 years. She is survived by her loving family; 2 children; Stanley Frederick Harry Levitt (Lynn Dolores Gabriel) of Vernon, BC and Michelle Elodia Switzer of Barrhead, AB, 6 grandchildren; Brian Frederick Levitt (Jessica) of Vernon, BC, Sherry Lynn LaBeske (Randy) of Dixon, California, Donald Kevin Switzer (Phebe), Thomas James Switzer (Pam) of Busby, AB, Jason Stanleigh Frederick Switzer of Edmonton, AB, and Mike Todd Switzer (Sarah) of Edmonton, AB, 10 great grandchildren; Ethan Frederick Edwin Levitt and Emily Mary-Lou Levitt of Vernon, BC, Justin Lawrence LaBeske and Addisynn Marie LaBeske of Dixon, California, Jaden Don Switzer and Lexie Marie Switzer of Edmonton, AB, Ryan James Switzer and Ashley Ann Linda Switzer of Busby, AB, Alison Isabelle Switzer and Anna Michelle Switzer of Edmonton, AB, 2 brothers; Jim Jones (Arletta) of Brandon, MB and Alvin Jones (Bev) of Athabasca, AB, as well as numerous other family and many dears friends. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Frederick Stanley Levitt in 1977, brother Lloyd George (Jordy) Jones in 1979, son-in-law Don Switzer in 1986, twin sister Evelyn Mary McFadden in 1991, brother John (Jack) Edward Jones in 1993, and sister Alice Verona Demeulenaere in 2005. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 30th, 2012 at 1:30 PM at Rose Garden Chapel with Rev. Donna Willier-Rector officiating. Interment has already occurred in the Beechmont Cemetery in Edmonton, AB. Donations are gratefully accepted to the Alberta Cancer Society or to The Barrhead Animal Rescue Society (B.A.R.S.)
