It is with heavy hearts and sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother, and grandmother, Stella Kennedy on April 4, 2023 at the age of 95 at Barrhead Continuing Care Centre. She passed away peacefully with family by her side.
Stella is survived by her daughter Joan (Dave Hosking) of Swan Hills, her son Glenn Kennedy (Stephanie) of Calgary, six grandchildren, Jennifer, Daniel, Nicole (Cory), Taylor, Joshua, and Alexandra (Joshua), as well as other family and dear friends.
She was predeceased by her sons Rick and Tim Kennedy, her parents Steve and Mary Nedelko, brother, Willie Nedelko, sister, Rose Elaschuk and sister in law, Audrey Nedelko.
The family would like to thank Dr. Bernes and the staff of Barrhead Continuing Care Centre for their compassion, care and support.
At mom's request there will be no service at this time.
Mom, Grandma, God has you in his arms. We have you in our hearts.
