Andrew Joseph Gerhardt, 4, died Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at his Millington home. Andrew was born in Oceanside, California January 10, 2007. As the son of a Marine, he lived his short life in California, Japan, Oklahoma, and moved to Millington 14 months ago to become a patient at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He is survived by his parents Jesse and Kristina Gerhardt, two sisters, Rebekah and Riley, and his brother, Aaron. Also surviving are his grandparents Starr Bolton, and Lisa and Richard Mucheck. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Evans. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Bellevue Baptist Church in the Chapel.
